In addition to designing I am always working to implement new ideas. Under my leadership, we have implemented staff culture initiatives like editor's picks and gratitude notes. This year I also pushed for the opportunity to sell print version of our football spreads. As a publication we have never done this before and I am so happy to see us try this out (I wrote and designed poster 4).
