Welcome! I'm Mishal, a freshman at The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I am currently an Assistant Instagram editor for The Michigan Daily newspaper and a staff designer for the Michiganensian yearbook. I have spent time working on Ann Arbor Huron high school's print newspaper, yearbook, news website, and broadcast program. I have also had the privilege of working with so many great journalists and advisers through my high school, the Michigan Interscholastic Press Association, and the National Scholastic Press Association. My goal is to always provide diverse coverage to the Ann Arbor community. I have a main focus of digital media and online reporting. Even through a school year completely online and a pandemic, I was able to report and further Huron's programs.
